There were not many people dining that night, but they were all booked. I chose a seat by the window, the lighting is just right, and the tableware is great! The service is very intimate and will help you carry your clothes and put your personal belongings. When ordering, I will make a certain introduction, and I also talked about the story of the chef. The waiter seems to be not familiar with me. The speed of serving is not bad. The duck liver pudding of cold dishes is amazing and the entrance is silky. With apple mud and nuts, some duck liver is fatty. In fact, it feels better than foie gras! Especially like the bread before the meal! First of all, the shape is very strange, as if the people of Jiangsu and Zhejiang often eat Jingjiang oysters (tiger feet). The butter and red wine stained onions taste great! The overall fermentation mouth of the bread should not lose the on-site fermentation bread of Tokyo Narisawa. So eat it while it is hot! The salty puffs have to be swallowed, and the shape is very windy. Dessert control asked for two desserts. Super popular matcha Shufulei with vanilla milk is not so shocking to the taste buds, but Shufulei's water moisturizing taste is indeed in place, authentic French dessert! On the contrary, the cold saffron mousse is particularly intoxicating and obsessed. The mousse is delicate and delicious, and the snow is so sweet and sour! I remember that I was impressed by this dessert last year when I watched the spring black truffle dinner, and I didn't choose the wrong one! I also ordered a bottle of my favorite San Peilu bubble water with desserts, which is perfect!
